Whether you're new to Yoga or would like to dive deeper into your practice, this class is for you. Our weekly 60min flow focuses on alignment and breath, with a special emphasis on proper technique that helps you refine your form. Grab a mat, get to know other English speakers in the community and relax into the flow that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.

Join us and give yourself space for you to connect with baby and not only learn the ideal postures and breathing techniques to strengthen and prepare for birth, but also provide you with empowering tools to help you in your process of becoming a mom, whether it's the first or third time, with a special focus on your postpartum experience.

Holistic Prenatal Yoga

One of Yoga's greatest benefits during pregnancy is that it creates the space and time you need to integrate the process of change which is taking place. It will empower you and support your connection with baby. Starting 14 October, 2020!

That is precisely what we will focus on these sessions. We will hold space for you to connect with baby and  not only learn the ideal postures and breathing techniques to strengthen and prepare for birth, but also provide you with empowering tools to help you in your process of becoming a mom, whether it's the first or third time, with a special focus on your postpartum experience.

With this 6 class bundle, through breath, movement and meditation, we learn about our cycle, how to trust our bodies and our intuition. Each class is focused on a specific theme designed to tap into areas of the body and mind that we may be disconnected to. At the end of the series, you will feel refreshed and empowered and will be able to adapt your yoga practice to the each phase of your menstrual cycle and level of energy.
