Whether you're new to Yoga or would like to dive deeper into your practice, this class is for you. Our weekly 60min flow focuses on alignment and breath, with a special emphasis on proper technique that helps you refine your form. Grab a mat, get to know other English speakers in the community and relax into the flow that will leave you feeling centered and renewed.

Yoga for Women

Super excited to bring this class series to life starting September  2, 2020!

With this 6 class bundle, through breath, movement and meditation, we learn how to trust our bodies, our intuition, and learn about or menstrual and energetic cycles. We will practice every Wednesday night for 6 weeks in the urban yogi oasis Svaira Yoga - The Studio at Sendlinger Tor. Only 6 spots available so make sure to grab yours!

With this 6 class bundle, through breath, movement and meditation, we learn how to trust our bodies and our intuition. Each class is focused on a specific theme designed to tap into areas of the body and mind that we may be disconnected to. At the end of the series, you will feel refreshed and empowered as the wise woman that you are.

Holistic Prenatal Yoga

One of Yoga's greatest benefits during pregnancy is that it creates the space and time you need to integrate the process of change which is taking place. It will empower you and support your connection with baby.

That is precisely what we will focus on these sessions. We will hold space for you to connect with baby and  not only learn the ideal postures and breathing techniques to strengthen and prepare for birth, but also provide you with empowering tools to help you in your process of becoming a mom, whether it's the first or third time, with a special focus on your postpartum experience.
