Extend Your Bliss
Then, we'll venture into the snowy embrace of nature for a light and invigorating hike near the lake. Along the way, we'll take a pause at a charming mountain hut to refuel with a warm lunch and savor the serene surroundings.
Returning to our Yoga nest, we'll conclude our day with a restorative yoga and mindfulness session, ensuring you leave feeling completely re-energized, before you either head back home or enjoy the spa facilities of the hotel (for a small fee).
Feeling the need for more? You can choose to extend your nourishing experience by booking a relaxing night's stay at the hotel, gifting yourself a full weekend of pampering and self-care.
You Don't Need Any Previous Yoga Experience
This day retreat is all about letting go of the mom guilt or any other expectations on yourself. You get to just be you, relax, move and meet a small group of other like-minded women in a cozy setting. All you need is your willingness to relax and let go.
For the hike, however, good fitness and sure-footedness is required.

This is what the schedule would roughly look like
9:00 to 9:30 – Meet and greet
9:30 to 10:30 – Warming yoga and mindfulness session
10:45 to 14:00 – Hike to cozy hut for lunch and back
14:30 – 15:30 – Restorative yoga and mindfulness
15:30 – open: Enjoy the Spa facilities or make your way fully recharged back home.

Hatha, Vinyasa and Perinatal Yoga Instructor & Mom of a toddler
I'm a certified Hatha, Vinyasa and Holistic Pregnancy & Postpartum Yoga Instructor AND mom of a lovely boy, based in Munich, Germany. I grew up in 3 different countries and have traveled around the world. Although I’ve settled in Germany for over a decade now, a piece of my heart is still in Mexico and California.
Yoga is such an amazing gift that ancient India has given us. It’s done amazing things for me. It changed the way I think, the way I act, the way I see the world and myself. Leigh is a Doula and Photographer in the Munich area who is passionate about finding beauty in the every day, and walking alongside parents as they navigate the journey of birth and family life. She offers personalized sessions to commemorate and honour whatever stage of life you're in right now.
