Like many of you, during both of my pregnancies, I experienced pelvic pain and felt dismissed by healthcare providers.

That's why, after educating myself with numerous trainings and courses, and successfully relieving my discomforts, I created this course. I'm also currently training to be a Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. Here's the thing: I want to empower you with knowledge and tools to advocate for your well-being, both during pregnancy and after birth.

    Dumbbells/kettlebells (optional, water bottles can be used), a long resistance band, a glute mini band, a birth ball, a yoga mat or a comfortable surface, a yoga block, and a tennis/wool ball. If you don't have this equipment, work with what you have or just with your body weight. It will still do the work!
  • Do you offer payment plans?
