Like many of you, during both of my pregnancies, I experienced pelvic pain and felt dismissed by healthcare providers.

That's why, after educating myself with numerous trainings and courses, and successfully relieving my discomforts, I created this course. What equipment do I need?Dumbbells/kettlebells (optional, water bottles can be used), a long resistance band, a glute mini band, a birth ball, a yoga mat or a comfortable surface, a yoga block, and a tennis/wool ball.
