One of our sessions can look like this:

  1. First Check-in. Thought download. This can be your free space to share any thoughts, worries, anxieties, questions you have in your mind.

  2. Breath and movement. We breathe intentionally and practice yoga infused with Pilates, barre and functional movement supporting your specific needs/goals. 

  3. Mindfulness. We practice mindfulness to prep you for birth, release anxiety, whatever you need the most.

  4. Second Check-in. We chat and I answer any questions you may have, give you any final tips and recap which exercises to practice on your own. 

The format and frequency of the sessions vary and can be scheduled weekly or however we decide is best to get your desired results.

Yoga transformed my life. So did motherhood.

I had prepared for my ideal birth with yoga, hypnobirthing and all the courses and YouTube videos I could consume in 9 months, but did very little preparation for the time after. Despite being armed with knowledge from my experience as a prenatal yoga teacher, I was shocked at how little my body and mind were truly prepared for the healing process they were on well beyond the fourth trimester and how vital my yoga practice is for my mental health.


This is why I extended my learning and created this 1:1 program to help women prepare and recover from birth using the amazing tools and wisdom that yoga gives us combined with science and evidence based knowledge.

It's the program I desperately wish I'd had and I hope that it provides you with the tools, information, empowerment and comfort you need to make your transition to motherhood smoother. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we work together even if I'm not in Munich, Germany, where you're based?
Of course! This program works just as well online as in person. If in person, we will do a mixture of live and online sessions. 

Why work together for such a long period of time? I only need 2 or 3 sessions.
Working together for two or three sessions will only do a 'quick fix'. We want to create long-lasting results.
confirms that on average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic. And how long it takes a new habit to form can vary widely depending on the behavior, the person, and the circumstances. Working together consistently will ensure you learn new healthy habits that will serve you for life and bring the best version of yourself to the forefront.

Do I need previous yoga experience?
Not at all. We adapt each session to you and your body. 

What if I already suffer from depression or anxiety?
Firstly, I'm sorry you're going through this. If you're already being treated by a licensed professional, I'd love to support you along that treatment. If you haven't found help, please reach out to me or someone you trust to support you in finding a professional.

I already had my baby. Can I work with you only postpartum?
Definitely! Book a free private session and we'll talk about how I can best help you prioritize your self-care.

Will I have time in the postpartum phase for our sessions?
The fourth trimester can feel overwhelming. My job is to bring you back to yourself and remind you of how important it is for you and your baby to make time for yourself. Where there is a will, there is a way :)
