Villa Adolphine sits near the breathtaking Tegernsee, surrounded by mountains and trails. Our yoga shala (that's the beautiful space where we practice) is the kind of space that makes you exhale the moment you walk in.

The trails? They wind through forests and open up to sweeping lake views. In winter, there's something magical about hiking through crisp air, feeling your body wake up, then returning to warmth.

And if you choose to stay at the hotel (or just linger after our retreat day), there are spa facilities where you can truly melt.

You don’t need to be a seasoned yogi to join. This day retreat is all about letting go of the guilt or any other expectations on yourself.
