What if the hard moments didn't overwhelm you the way they do now?
Move through your day feeling STRONG and SUPPORTED.
Less tension. More space.
More of yourself.
Even on the hard days.
Even if right now you feel tired, stressed, or unsure where to start.

You’re not lazy.
You’re not dramatic.
And you’re definitely not “just tired because that’s motherhood.”
That's one of the biggest myths in motherhood.
Somewhere along the way, exhaustion became a badge of honour for mothers. A sign you're giving enough. Doing enough. Sacrificing enough.
But chronic exhaustion, a body that aches, a nervous system that never switches off, those aren't signs of motherhood.
They're usually signs that you've been doing it without the right kind of support.

You’re a woman whose body has been through something transformative, and who has been quietly carrying it alone.
Maybe you’re pregnant and the aches, the anxiety, and the overwhelm are louder than the joy.
Maybe you’re postpartum and still waiting to feel like yourself again.
Maybe you’re deep in motherhood, doing all the things, and feeling exhausted in a way you can’t explain to anyone.
You wake up already tired.
You try to “do something for yourself”… but don’t know where to start.
You’ve tried to sort it yourself. The YouTube videos. The random workouts. The good intentions that don’t survive a bad night’s sleep.
But nothing has stuck, because what you actually need isn’t another plan.
You need support and structure tailored specifically to your needs. Someone who understands your body, your nervous system, and your real life. And who can walk by your side until things actually shift.

What if you stopped waiting for things to calm down… and started supporting yourself within the life you already have?
What if you decided that you matter too.
Investing in yourself isn’t selfish. It’s the most sustainable thing you can do for your family.
A mother who feels strong and regulated gives her children something no amount of sacrifice can: Her presence.

Why this feels different:
Most movement programs tell you to push through or “just stay consistent.” I teach you to listen first.
I believe your body isn’t failing you. It’s communicating with you.
That back pain, that exhaustion, that sense of being completely disconnected from yourself? Those are nervous system signals. Not signs of weakness.
My approach starts there.
We calm the nervous system before we build strength.
We work with your body’s rhythms, not against them.
And we do it all in a way that respects the reality of your life…
Imperfect days, unpredictable schedules, and the specific season you’re in.
This is rooted in yoga, breathwork, functional strength training, and science and evidence-based women’s health principles.
But more than that, it’s rooted in lived experience. I’ve been where you are. I know what it feels like to be depleted and disconnected. And I know what becomes possible on the other side.
How we work together

Phase 1 - Regulate
We start with breath, nervous system awareness, and an honest assessment of where you’re at. This is the foundation everything else is built on.

Phase 2 - Rebuild
Functional strength, pelvic floor support, core reconnection, and movement that feels good in your specific body at this specific stage. We also continue our mindfulness and breathwork practice.

Phase 3 - Flow
Sustainable habits, growing confidence, and a practice that adapts with you through birth, postpartum, and beyond motherhood.
This isn’t something you have to “keep up with.”
It’s something we build together.
These phases aren’t a rigid checklist. They’re a guide. Where we start and how we progress depends entirely on you, your body, and what’s showing up week to week.
Between sessions, you have access to me via WhatsApp or email, so you’re never sitting with a question or a hard day alone.

What changes when you feel supported?
You came for the back pain. You stayed because you finally feel like yourself again.
Here’s what clients notice, often before they expect it:
-
The constant ache in your back, hips, or pelvis starts to ease
-
You stop feeling like a stranger in your own body
-
You have more patience at 5pm — bedtime struggles or the witching hour don’t wreck you
-
You sleep better, and actually wake up feeling like it helped
-
Your pelvic floor stops being something you worry about and starts being something you trust
-
You feel strong in a way that shows up in real life: Carrying your baby, getting up off the floor, moving through your day without pain
-
The mental load feels lighter because your nervous system isn’t constantly on red alert
-
You start recognising yourself again — not the old you, but a version that feels even more grounded and capable
-
You have something that’s yours. One hour a week that belongs entirely to you.
This isn’t about getting your body back.
It’s about coming home to it.
This is for you if:
-
You’re pregnant and want to feel strong, pain-free, and genuinely calm about what’s ahead
-
You’re postpartum and ready to rebuild — gently, sustainably, with someone guiding you every step
-
You’re deep in motherhood and finally ready to go from exhausted and running on empty to energised, present, and able to hold all your roles without losing yourself in them
-
You’ve been trying to figure it out alone and you’re ready for a different approach
-
You’re done waiting for the “right time” and ready to make now the moment you chose yourself
-
You want to feel at home in your body again. Strong, grounded, and connected to yourself beyond the label of “mom”
-
You’re looking for someone who truly understands your body, your nervous system, and what real life with kids actually looks like
About Melissa
Hi, I'm Melissa, a prenatal and postpartum yoga and movement specialist, nervous system and breathwork coach, and mama of two, based in Germany.
I found yoga during one of the hardest periods of my life. It pulled me back to myself then, and it’s what kept me grounded through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season that no one really prepares you for.
When my first son was nine months old, I went through postpartum depression. I wasn’t moving. I wasn’t prioritising myself. The moment I came back to my practice, things shifted.
When my second son arrived, postpartum depression happened again. This time I knew I needed more than willpower. I reached out for support, and it made all the difference.
That experience is why I do this work. I know what it feels like to lose yourself in motherhood, and I know what becomes possible when you have the right support to come back.
I’m certified in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga (RYS 200hrs), Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga (RYS 150hrs), Prenatal, Postnatal & Women Wellness Coaching, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise. But more than my credentials, I bring the kind of understanding that only comes from having lived this.

You might be thinking…

There’s no perfect moment. But there is a right one.
If you’ve been waiting to feel more ready, more certain, more grounded, I want to gently offer you this:
That moment doesn’t come before you start. It comes because you did.
If you’ve read this far, part of you already knows.
Your next step is simple — and it starts with a conversation.
Book your free clarity call below and let’s find out together.
The clarity call is free. No pressure. No strings attached. We talk about where you are, what you need, and whether working together is the right fit.
And even if it isn’t right now, you’ll still walk away with clarity on what to do to feel better.
Most women book a call simply to talk things through and see what’s possible. You can, too.
