Here's What Awaits You:
Day 1 (September 26): On Saturday, we venture outdoors. We hike together through stunning Bavarian nature, move through active yoga that challenges you, then soften into restorative poses that teach your nervous system it's safe to let go. You'll feel the full cycle - push, adapt, rest. The way life actually works.
Day 2 (September 27): On Sunday, we shift inward. We deep dive into nervous system regulation and real stress relief with a half-day Breathwork Workshop so you can head home with a full toolkit and a lighter you.

Villa Adolphine sits near the breathtaking Tegernsee, surrounded by mountains and trails. Our yoga shala (that's the beautiful space where we practice) is the kind of space that makes you exhale the moment you walk in.
In autumn, Tegernsee is something else entirely — golden light, crisp air, mountains turning. There’s no better backdrop for coming back to yourself.
And if you choose to stay at the hotel (or just linger after our retreat day), there are spa facilities where you can truly melt.
It's a complete immersion in nature, comfort, and care and I truly love this location.

What Your Day(s) Will Look Like
Two retreat experiences at the beautiful Yoga Shala at the Villa Adolphine Boutique Hotel, less than 1 hour away from Munich.
DAY 1: "Adventure & Flow" Day (Saturday, September 26, 2026)
Movement, nature and that reset you need.
8:30-9:00 – Arrive and settle in with tea and warm welcomes
9:00-10:00 – Warming yoga and mindfulness session (get your body ready to move)
10:30-15:00 – Invigorating hike to a cozy with mountain hut, warm lunch together, then back
15:30-16:30 – Restorative yoga (this is where you learn what it feels like to truly let go)
16:30-17:00 – Closing mindfulness session
17:00+ – Optional spa time, book an overnight stay, or head home renewed
DAY 2: "Restore & Breathe" Day (Sunday, September 27, 2026)
Your deep dive into nervous system regulation and real stress relief.
9:30-12:30 – Breathwork Workshop: Managing Daily Stress — nervous system regulation, practical breath tools, and sustainable practices that fit into real life
12:30+ – Farewell. Head home with a full toolkit and a genuinely lighter body
You don’t need to be a seasoned yogi to join. This day retreat is all about letting go of the guilt or any other expectations on yourself. You get to just be you, relax, move and meet a small group of other like-minded women in a cozy setting. All you need is your willingness to relax and let go... And your coziest socks.

I'm Melissa, certified Hatha, Vinyasa and Holistic Pregnancy & Postpartum Yoga Instructor, and mom to two cheeky boys.
I created this retreat because motherhood asks so much. Not just physically; the mental load, the emotional weight, the constant giving. I want to help you build capacity.
My approach blends functional movement, nervous system support, and breathwork so you leave with real tools — not just a good memory.
