What's this class all about?

Sometimes group classes are not what you and your body need. With private postnatal yoga, I can support you in a much more personal way and design sessions that are tailored to you and what your body need to recover postpartum. Yoga after birth is a gentle, yet strengthening practice that centers on reactivating your pelvic floor and core muscles and easing all the physical discomforts that come with caring for a newborn such as lower/upper back and neck-shoulder pain from nursing, tight hips and sore wrists from carrying your baby. To fully support you, I offer a series of 6 one-hour postnatal yoga sessions designed just for you and what you need. Sessions can take place online or in person in the Munich area over a period of 6 months. Investment for 6x 1 hour sessions: 359 EUR You can also book a trial session where we go through an initial assessment of your needs and discuss basic postures that you can try on your own. If you choose to go with the series of sessions, the amount you paid for the trial session will be refunded to you.
