In honoring yourself as a woman, as a human, as a being, you honor your baby. 

Yet, when times get challenging, when your focus is on someone else who needs you, you forget about what you need to stay afloat and start running on empty. 

Body movement, time to reflect and recognize your emotions, to allow yourself to feel, to breathe, to nurture yourself and refill your cup, these are key to staying your best self in your motherhood journey.

In fact, setting healthy boundaries and practicing consistent self-care before and during pregnancy will empower your birth experience, reduce chances of having postpartum depression or anxiety and help you navigate any challenges that motherhood brings. 

My mission is to help you achieve that in a practical and sustainable way with the amazing tools that holistic Yoga gives us.

The Prenatal and Postpartum Support Program

I designed this program with the intention to give you sustainable tools that will give you long-lasting results.

 

Whether that's easing any physical discomforts during pregnancy, birth and/or postpartum, working to prevent postpartum depression, or just a smoother transition into motherhood. With consistency, accountability, and a safe space to share and process your thoughts and emotions, we'll ensure you reach your goals. 

 

We work together starting your 2nd or 3rd trimester before baby arrives (12 hours of prenatal yoga) and continue our work together 4 to 12 weeks after birth after birth (12 hours of postnatal yoga).

This means we work together over the course of 6 to 9 months.

Prenatal Phase

  • 12 one-hour sessions or 24 thirty-min sessions 

Postpartum Phase

  • 12 hours of private sessions 

  • I recommend 10 min 'check-in sessions' in the first 6 weeks postpartum, gradually increasing the time up to 1 hour

Based on an initial assessment, we design our sessions in a way that best accommodates you and that also integrate mindfulness, breath and movement (yogasana and targeted exercises + pranayama), as well as sharing and tips and resources to help you in your transition.

The investment for the holistic Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Program is 2,000 EUR

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we work together even if I'm not in Munich, Germany, where you're based?
Of course! This program works just as well online as in person. If in person, we will do a mixture of live and online sessions. 

Why work together for such a long period of time? I only need 2 or 3 sessions.
Working together for two or three sessions will only do a 'quick fix'. We want to create long-lasting results.
Science
confirms that on average, it takes more than 2 months before a new behavior becomes automatic. And how long it takes a new habit to form can vary widely depending on the behavior, the person, and the circumstances. Working together consistently for at least 3 months will ensure you unlearn some behaviors and learn new healthy habits that will serve you for life and make you the best version of yourself.


Do I need previous yoga experience?
Not at all. We adapt each session to you and your body. 

What if I already suffer from depression or anxiety?
Firstly, I'm sorry you're going through this. If you're already being treated by a licensed professional, I'd love to support you along that treatment. If you haven't found help, please reach out to me or someone you trust to support you in finding a professional.

I already had my baby. Can I work with you only postpartum?
Definitely! We can work together. Book a consult call and we'll talk about how I can best help you prioritize your self-care.

Will I have time in the postpartum phase for our sessions?
You will most definitely feel overwhelmed. My job is to bring you back to yourself and remind you of how important it is for you and your baby to make time. Where there is a will, there is a way :)
