What Awaits You

Extend Your Bliss

We'll begin our day with a warming yoga and mindfulness session in the beautiful Yoga Shala at the Villa Adolphine Boutique Hotel, less than 1 hour away from Munich.

Then, we'll venture into nature for a light and invigorating hike near the lake. Along the way, we'll take a pause at a charming mountain hut to refuel with a warm lunch and savor the serene surroundings.

Returning to our Yoga nest, we'll conclude our day with a restorative yoga and mindfulness session, ensuring you leave feeling completely re-energized, before you either head back home or enjoy the spa facilities of the hotel (for a small fee).

Feeling the need for more? You can choose to extend your nourishing experience by booking a relaxing night's stay at the hotel, gifting yourself a full weekend of pampering and self-care.

You Don't Need Any Previous Yoga Experience

This day retreat is all about letting go of the mom guilt or any other expectations on yourself. You get to just be you, relax, move and meet a small group of other like-minded women in a cozy setting. All you need is your willingness to relax and let go.

For the hike, however, good fitness and sure-footedness is required.

All Moms and Moms-to-be Are Welcome

This day retreat is your well-deserved escape from the daily hustle and the perfect opportunity to do something just for you and you only. Leave behind the worries and responsibilities of daily life and fully enjoy this day dedicated to yourself.

Includes:

  • 2 yoga and mindfulness sessions

  • Light hike just a step outside our yoga nest

  • Light and healthy snacks

  • Water, coffee and tea

This is what the schedule would roughly look like

8:30 to 9:00 – Meet and greet

9:00 to 10:00 – warming yoga and mindfulness session

10:30 to 15:00 – Hike to cozy hut and back

15:30 – 16:30 – Restorative Yoga

16:30 - 17:00 - Closing mindfulness session

17:00 – open: Enjoy the Spa facilities, stay the night at the comfy hotel, or make your way fully recharged back home.

I'm a certified Hatha, Vinyasa and Holistic Pregnancy & Postpartum Yoga Instructor AND mom of two lovely boys, based in Munich, Germany. I grew up in 3 different countries and have traveled around the world. Although I’ve settled in Germany for over a decade now, a piece of my heart is still in Mexico and California.

Yoga is such an amazing gift that ancient India has given us. It’s done amazing things for me. It changed the way I think, the way I act, the way I see the world and myself.
